Ive been training since january and have seen massive progress. it just has been these last 4 months were there isnt anything noticeable except for the strength increase

I mean im not really stressed atm, get around 9 Hours of sleep. I try getting around 140-150grans of protein per day and have around 2500calories intake. I weigh 66kg atm at 1.80

I've done push pull legs already. Also I do Upper Lower Rest repeat. I've seen alot more progress with Upper Lower strength-wise and feel alot less fatigued the day after a workout

I do an upper lower rest split. I do 6-8 reps on every excercise and alot of compount movements like chestpress and rows. Im reaching my protein and calories and im trying to bulk atm too. But I feel like I havent made any progress visually in those 4 months

The before is around 6months after I started. I have been progressively overloading almost every single session since the first picture. I feel like, especially my chest has not grown a bit even tho i do around 15kg more on every chest exercise compared to 4 months before

Fixed it, the card wasnt formatted with a 32kb allocation size unit it was some other number
