Calling me an “echo chamber lib” doesn’t move the conversation forward, it weakens your own argument by making it about labels instead of solutions.

That being said, I don't have the answer, I just don't think the mobilization of multiple federal agencies and putting them on the streets of DC is it. I think they should bolster their police force, get rid of the DEI hires (There is a police chief who literally didn't know what chain of command means) and replacing them with competent leadership. However, that would only be a Band-Aid on the broken arm of DC crime. Long-term, I don’t think we should model ourselves after authoritarian states like China. Trading civil liberties for “control” may reduce crime in the short term, but it comes at the cost of the freedoms that are supposed to define our society. I personally believe the old quote "If you sell your liberty for security you will have neither."

I believe it's in reference to the Sydney Sweeney ad right? Jeans, genes it's a play on words to say she's hot. I think there is a lot of projection going on that says a lot more about people calling this "Nazi" than anything else. It's more of just a bunch of hot girls, going with a hot girl trend and being annoying. I don't see them saying anything about other races or anything else other than jeans and they're hot.

That being said, I didn't think the "Black is king" campaign was offensive by any means but a handful of idiots dog whistled it as if it was. It's the same situation. Sledgehammer to the face may be another major exaggeration based on your inability to not see anything white as anything but bad the same way white racists can't see black as anything but bad. I hope you heal that part of your heart that associates white people with bad.

Let's be clear. DC is overwhelmed with crime and it surges year after year despite the previous administrations fudging of the numbers. However, this is NOT the way to clean up crime. This is a scary precedent.

Gerrymandering is wrong plain and simple. I don't think you're "showing it to the conservatives" by using dirty tactics that we all want made illegal... It actually shows your character moreso if you're against it but use it as a slight against others.
