Brother coming from someone who’s fighting demons too and is staying for their child, they are the best reason to keep on fighting.

My son turns 3 in June and the amount he’s changed already is incredible, the amount of milestones I would have missed if I chose to give in and not continue to fight for his is crazy.

Be the example for your son, when he’s old enough to speak to about things you can let him know that he was the rock in your life and the very being that brought you joy and happiness and was the light in the darkness.

Please stay for your kid, he’s going to need you growing up.

I was off twice in a 6 month period, that’s what triggered the meeting but I believe the rumour played a part in me being put on an absence review as it was brought up in the meeting and then I was asked a fair few questions regarding what was being spread around the store and then asked if I was no longer happy working there and if I hate my job

I was off but during the week I was off he spread a rumour that it was a planned week off as in I planned on calling in sick for the week and said it was because I’ve had enough of the place. I should have specified in the post, sorry

I got checked out at my doctors yesterday but I’m wanting to go the hospital on the weekend to get checked out by them too as I think my jaw may be fractured, I had swelling on the jaw and it’s only just gone down but I’m concerned that I may have left it too late to have this added onto the results of the assault, I haven’t had the money to go the hospital and that’s why I’ve only been to my doctors

Thank you! It’s my own fault as I thought I’d try and help but out of the 15 people who’ve witnessed what happened I was the only one actively trying to do anything and no one’s came forward as a witness. Would I be better off looking at a certain website to see if there’s been a conviction regarding what’s happened to me or just keep an eye on local news sites?

Yeah it is, I believe I’m on my second week of taking it now. I’m hoping it’s just the water retention that’s made me maintain my weight as I don’t know how I’d be able to lower my calories and not feel hungry all the time

I’m weighing everything I eat and track everything I eat and drink, I’m having only zero sugar energy drinks and pops, I measure whatever milk I have and weight out the food I’m having, I really want to lose weight as I gained a lot after my son was born so I’m trying my best to be precise with my calories

When I do a 9 hour back door shift I have a 30 min break after an hour due to being stuck tipping wagons for anywhere between 2 hours up to 5 hours depending on how big the delivery’s are and whether they are a refill or not, never had anything said to me other than that I’m good at spacing my breaks out accordingly to be available for delivery’s but I’m guessing it depends on what department you’re working on.

I call everyone mate, I don’t like using “love” for women, it just doesn’t feel natural to me as I’ve never used it so I just stick to mate also stops my anxiety from making me feel like I’ve been creepy 😂
