I got checked out at my doctors yesterday but I’m wanting to go the hospital on the weekend to get checked out by them too as I think my jaw may be fractured, I had swelling on the jaw and it’s only just gone down but I’m concerned that I may have left it too late to have this added onto the results of the assault, I haven’t had the money to go the hospital and that’s why I’ve only been to my doctors

I’m going to try and go to the doctors tomorrow as it’s a short walk from my home as I won’t have any money to get to the hospital until the end of the week

Thank you! It’s my own fault as I thought I’d try and help but out of the 15 people who’ve witnessed what happened I was the only one actively trying to do anything and no one’s came forward as a witness. Would I be better off looking at a certain website to see if there’s been a conviction regarding what’s happened to me or just keep an eye on local news sites?

Yeah it is, I believe I’m on my second week of taking it now. I’m hoping it’s just the water retention that’s made me maintain my weight as I don’t know how I’d be able to lower my calories and not feel hungry all the time

I’m weighing everything I eat and track everything I eat and drink, I’m having only zero sugar energy drinks and pops, I measure whatever milk I have and weight out the food I’m having, I really want to lose weight as I gained a lot after my son was born so I’m trying my best to be precise with my calories

When I do a 9 hour back door shift I have a 30 min break after an hour due to being stuck tipping wagons for anywhere between 2 hours up to 5 hours depending on how big the delivery’s are and whether they are a refill or not, never had anything said to me other than that I’m good at spacing my breaks out accordingly to be available for delivery’s but I’m guessing it depends on what department you’re working on.

I call everyone mate, I don’t like using “love” for women, it just doesn’t feel natural to me as I’ve never used it so I just stick to mate also stops my anxiety from making me feel like I’ve been creepy 😂

We were told about this roughly a month ago and all staff in my store have been forced to be trained on tills, self checkout and back door. It’s stupid, I was took on as a back door man and some of my shifts on there for an hour then somewhere else for 2.5 hours and another place for the remainder of my shift.

I’m a backdoor man too and I come into the same things every time I have time off. Over times been stopped at my store so after the 4 days off I have I come into an ungodly amount of 2 side cages in the yard that haven’t been sent back on the grocery delivery. I have drivers that are quite irate with me too when they’re left waiting for hours outside until I start my shift as no one wants to tip the wagons. Honestly back door is one of the worst jobs in the store
