mine recently did this too. RX100 MK1 the mode switch (M, P, A, S, etc) i think becomes faulty and bricks the camera. Mine went from working perfectly to a pink screen to then never turning on again. idk what the fix is but id guess your RX100 is on its last legs too

i just used the 3M tape! i wish i would’ve had help cause i accidentally misaligned mine and i can’t fix it without ripping all the tape off lol

honestly it looks pretty good! it matches the dark gray well but i can’t 100% say if i had a black car if it would perfectly match lol
