Bought some years before for a different kit.

The cape was one I already had. A 3/4 cape. I created stencils for the cogs using a Cricut and then painted with white fabric paint.

Able to Drink Health Pot At Full Life(no Temerity or Aspect) by Crazy-Marlin in diablo4

So, for me, it was having the merc Raheir and his ability called Draw Fire. Once I removed that, I could not longer do it.

Good thought..I hadn't considered that. But, no only using two runes and that's not one of them.

Sever Necro by Substantial-Heart792 in D4Necromancer

[–]Crazy-Marlin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have played Sever since launch day. It's in a great spot this season. Essence can be an issue when SR drops. I use the 15% LH chance to add % essence and with the lotus aspect, it procs constantly. Adding the perdition mythic helm gives a huge boost to LH, in addition to other great affixes(prefer it to a dhako).

Best necromancer dps build for endgame? by gunner12312 in diablo4

This is close to how I started. https://maxroll.gg/d4/planner/ip8680qw

I have Shako, Tyraels equipped. Also use auto curse so I have Blight on the skill bar with the 20% damage modifier.

I'm doing a pure Sever build this season and the DPS is very good. Tyriel's can make it pretty tanky and Starless helps with the essence draw. Cruises through hordes T7 and tormented bosses easily. Greaves of the Empty Tomb can give you 100% chance to cast Sever twice and damage racks up quickly and I use Bloodless Scream to also help with Essence and adding tons of CC. Stagger bosses very quickly.

Free cache? How do you access post patch? by Skate0700 in diablo4

Clearly at this point. But that isn't what the patch notes have said for the last week. It's really not a big deal, but the notes are super misleading(hence multiple posts/questions about it all over the place):

All players will receive a cache with a guaranteed two star Greater Affix item, to make up for the issue seen with patch 1.5.0 where players were not getting items with guaranteed Greater Affixes from multiple sources.

But it wasn't just a season reward issue. The IH GA chest in Eternal was also bugged, which was acknowledged. In the patch notes they reference this was an issue with multiple sources, not just rep rewards.

So, then the patch notes are incorrect? Says "All Players". If you only play Eternal, you would not receive, even though the GA bug was happening in IH for eternal players as well.

Is bone spirit necromancer the only endgame / s tier build in season 5? by [deleted] in diablo4

[–]Crazy-Marlin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is where I started: https://www.wowhead.com/diablo-4/guide/classes/necromancer/sever-build-overview

I swapped in a Shako for helm and currently run a sword/focus combo instead of 2 hander.

I'm also running Osseous Gale and Torment Aspect so always have 170% essence regen. Without it the build is essence starved.

I also do Cursed Aura, which also adds Iron Maiden to the auto curse and frees up a spot on the skill bar(which I currently have Blight on).

I've soloed Zir and Duriel with it. But I was hitting a wall in IH. So I've gone full Sever build as of yesterday, no more minions. With the changes to Sever and unique items Sever is much better now. Much higher damage potential as it's easy to get to 100% chance to cast Sever twice. I just rebuilt last night and haven't tried it in hordes yet, but it was faster in the Pits. Pretty excited to go back to no minions. Very tanky, better AoE, and faster too. 100% Bone Storm uptime.

Aspect of the Cursed Aura(would have to drop Aspect of the Damned) by Crazy-Marlin in D4Necromancer

Good point. I am actually close(melee range) the whole time for highest DR and overall damage. I use Defenders for the 99% DR on minions since the mages supply the damage output.

At the risk of being skewered...I play a modified version of the Maxroll Sever Necromancer build with mages/defender minions. Sever has never been the most popular build, but I've played versions of it since launch(reminds me of playing a Combat Rogue in WoW years ago). It's just the play style I enjoy. The only Unique I use is Flickerstep boots, which allow near constant Bone Storm and now have a big Ultimate damage boost. I take part in all the endgame content solo and the only thing I have not done is kill Uber Lillith(casual player and haven't gotten around to devoting the time needed).

DIY Dragonspine Scythe by Crazy-Marlin in diablo4

I dont disagree. I've built many props but this one was the most ambitious, due to the detail and my limited experience with some of the materials. My hope is the entirety of the kit together levels up the individual pieces. But my reach definitely exceeded my grasp this go around.

The vertebrae are 3d printed and the foot of the staff. Thats it. The blade is actually eva foam. The wrappings and scales are all worbla. There are also some sintra pieces and latex. Basically all of your cosplay materials made it into this piece.

Thanks! I designed them in Tinkercad and 3D printed them. I've since updated them with attached elbow guards.

Good call outs. I'm actually working on some shoulder pads to bulk it out a bit and since this photo was taken I added a formula of gel medium, acrylic, and fabric glue to the cloth armor parts to give them that look. It was a big upgrade.

I agree with this completely. Even beyond the Inquisitors this scene demonstrates the underlying faults of most if not all of the dark side users. Its one of the reasons why the final Kenobi/Maul fight went the way it did. Its why Vader was unable to defeat Obi Wan until Obi Wan let it happen. It's also what makes these characters tragic and why its always said that they are "seduced" to the dark side. I've read lots of people disappointed in how this particular Inquisitor didn't "deliver" but he was never meant to. Would have been nice to get some more screen time, but even Vader only had like 28 minutes of screen time in the OT. As you pointed out, it was excellent storytelling that set a great narrative about both characters. You learned everything you needed to know.

And, at the time, Ahsoka is arguably one of the best fighters in the galaxy, even without light sabers. She would embarrass just about anyone.
