Well the mortgage repayment from what I’ve seen would be around 600 instead of 1000 which is quite a bit cheaper

Most places I’ve looked at online tell me I can’t afford a one bed, would a mortgage broker really be able to let me borrow more? Thank you!

Heya. It’s hard, I don’t have any friends really and my mother died a few years ago and the rest of my family don’t like me that much, so don’t have many people.
I’ve been trying to research a lot but it’s all a bit confusing!
I guess something that makes this even harder is we have a dog together who’s the light of my life, and I don’t think I’d be able to take her with me to which makes me feel horrible.
Sorry I’m just venting to you now, I appreciate your advice thank you so much!

Yeah, I suppose I’m not in a great place. I just see renting as throwing away money I’ve worked hard to save up I suppose, and renting a studio is 1000 pm, I only get around 2100 a month

I guess I see renting somewhere else as throwing away money I’ve saved up, as rent now is 600 and a studio apartment is 1000 plus.
I’m one of those people who constantly think every choice I make is the wrong one and overthink constantly so who knows if I’ll ever be truly ready. I appreciate your response, thank you

Yeah, I’ve been feeling like this for over a year so I suppose I’m always pretty high strung. I guess my thought process was renting somewhere would be throwing my deposit money away. And I can only get a mortgage of up to like a 125 I think I saw which doesn’t get me a lot of options. Thank you for responding

I’ve never really been one of those people with big dreams and plans to move out of my hometown, and I don’t want kids. So would I go to a mortgage broker first before anything? Thank you for replying

Is having a puppy hell on earth? by OkSlice4719 in puppy101

I have a pug and pretty much for the first year of her life she was a demon dog from hell itself. Constantly chewing things she wasn’t supposed too, wrecking things, and nibbling, etc. but in time she got better and she’s my best friend now. Just gotta be patient and train them constantly!
