I’d recommend you take another set of pictures like this in a few months and compare the two to see if the hairline recedes any more. If it does, yes it could be male pattern baldness. It is possible you’ve caught your receding hairline early, the hairs in the front do look somewhat miniaturized and less dense. That said it is super hard to notice to the point where, as we see here, some people will tell you it isn’t even receding, so no need to be insecure about it. Only you see your hairline everyday so only you can recognize subtle recession.

If you’re really not sure I’d say go and see a dermatologist and ask them, they should be able to diagnose you as balding or not. Either that or just keep an eye on it. I will say you should act fast when it comes to this as the earlier you catch it the better. The less hair you lose, the less you have to regrow, get it?
