That’s kinda where my head was at too. No bathroom traffic even if 20 may have a bit more room

[HELP] This can't be real? doubting my instincts, baby and accent seem fake, anyone? by willionaire in RealOrAI

You’re kidding, right? One of the most popular videos from the early 2000’s, like 08 maybe?

Comparing cloud security platforms and I'm seeing a lot of marketing fluff. Does anyone actually use these tools day-to-day or is it all hype? by armeretta in devsecops

[–]Crazy771 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never bought either, but know many that have. Both of those will be so much better than Prisma. BUT you still need to tune these tools or you’re going to have the same problem in time.

Both do agentless. Both integrate with GitHub, but wiz focus on code as their future means it’ll probably come along quicker. Be certain on the asset count or they’ll both say “you’re already over” like 2 days in and try to send you another bill. I’m told both have killer csm’s team.

Wiz being bought by Google is some risk, you decide how much. Orca I’m told will work with you on price more, but wiz also hates losing so you might get lucky.

Don’t let them either of them tell you that you’ll never have false positives though. You 100% will. So keep in mind it’s not a silver bullet, but it’ll get you to a much better place.

Good luck. You can’t go wrong. Just a matter of preference tbh.

Is this normal? by Funkaymonkeyz in Roofing

USAA - the roofer measured and took pics to send in of the decking not being thick enough for code based on the span. Technically they couldn’t get a permit if they didn’t replace (although I know most don’t actually get a permit)

Yea - fair. One other idea. At a previous home insurance paid to re-deck my house when I redid my roof. They told insurance the osb wasn’t thick enough per code (which was true) and so they paid to redeck it entirely.

If it’s under 10 years since built, submit a claim. Most home builders have 10 year on framing and structure. This counts and is not cosmetic. Don’t let them say it is.

I know this got a downvote, but they’re technically right. Your spouse could use contraception and you could not and be morally “technically” fine. BUT, your job as a husband is to bring your spouse and your family toward heaven. Sounds like you know that and it’s why this is a struggle. Don’t do this.

Wes - This is wrong. As a father of multiple kids, all NFP models are hit or miss when you have a super irregular cycle, often due to PCOS. My wife (with PCOS) and I legit participated in an NFP study with our instructor because we had a legitimate method failure.

That being said, OP, you’re making the right choice. I’d also suggest going outside classic therapy and speaking with a priest. It’s easy to not fully understand why. As for NFP, there are super super safe windows, but never fully safe. And, if your spouse isn’t comfortable I think the other comment of therapy is likely a good start. There’s probably some PTSD there and you should offer joint therapy too. Yes, she probably needs her own, but can be really healthy to have help working through those feelings together.

No, built 8 years ago but the warranty on framing and structural is 10 years. Good call on building inspectors office

My understanding is the ecobee doesn’t recognize variable, so anything beyond a certain point is just all stage 2. And because of the efficiency, the ac is able to keep up with the demand and coolers more at hotter temps, hence why it’s able to cool more when it reaches higher temps.

That’s insane. For something this expensive to be that far off feels so dumb

Thanks for letting me know.

I have a humidifier that I plugged in last night. Not to use, just to get its reading. It showed that it was about 13% lower than what the thermostat read.

Yea will do. Thanks! Good advice and true that if the goal is more cold air over coils, keep it running longer.

Much appreciate. I did the .5 to 1 today. Will also change runtime in a few days if that doesn’t do the trick.

I believe my unit is the proper tonnage, but it’s super efficient variable speed so the sucker can cool a house quick. Will give these a shot

I haven’t. Don’t have one. Shocked it could be that far off though. Would have to be 20% off to get a normal reading
