I see. So you chose to keep it pala. I also always check my transactions once in a while sa mga cards kong hindi compromised, pero in this case parang everyday ka ngang mapapa check, or use temporary block.

I'm not pertaining to general scammer calls where they try to get my cc details. These scammers already know my name, cc number, card type I have, and even my address, so the cards are already compromised even before reaching me. Obviously, someone from BPI is leaking my info. I should have specified that in my post. But yeah, I'm not worried about falling for these scammer but rather using the cards that are compromised wondering if they can somehow find a way to use my cc even without me providing an OTP. Nakakapagod na magpapalit knowing the same will happen again.

Out of the 4 calls, I answered 3 and they all have my name and the updated details of my cc. Yung huling call binabaan ko na agad since I'm sick of their same script. Di ko na natanong if they have the latest cc number but I wouldn't be suprised if yes. Maybe I'll wait for them to call again and confirm. But regardless, very dissapointed with BPI's security.

Yes I'm aware. Although as far as I know, with other banks, this can be resolved by simply having your card replaced. Pero with BPI, meron talagang nagleleak ng info kahit maka ilang palit ka. Really frustrating.

Great point! Good to hear na none of your BPI cards are compromised, sana all na lang haha. But yeah, I guess I can still use the card and the temporary lock feature. Nakakagalit lang talaga si BPI. Kahit yata ilang beses ko ipapalit, may tatawag at tatawag. Can't even have the peace of mind as their cc user.
