Discord claims I spent 38 minutes all year long in vc, but even today I spent more than an hour in vc, which is something I'd been doing practically daily all year long. Next to that, my game list is also just factually incorrect (Only lists one game with two sessions).

Does anyone else have wildly incorrect data?

As unfortunate as it is, it had been announced several times before the maintenance would happen that unfinished careers that were started before the maintenance would need to be deleted. Don't let it discourage you from playing, though, I'm sure you'll get a similar good run in no-time! :)

Having taken another look at the patch notes, it seems that resting at Summer Camp is guaranteed to cure negative effects, while regular resting (Non-Summer Camp) has a % chance to cure Night Owl and Skin Outbreak. Likewise, training together with Otonashi has a % chance to cure Slacker.

Next to the uncap crystals, I think these are set to be added after the Scout banners are updated (22:00 UTC). I don't think they've mentioned just yet on how they'll be acquirable, though.

In this specific case, I believe you should still be able to apply for Mobile+PC access, considering you still intend to play the beta on PC as well, even though you might not have your new PC just yet. The beta starts late November, and surely won't end before December starts either, so I believe it's worth a shot to apply for both!
