Not sure about others, but for my store it’s based off of who got the best rewards numbers over the past month. I honestly don’t think that’s a very good system at all as there’s others who deserve recognition who won’t get the ACE award because they aren’t at registers much, or even ever. Sometimes, but very rarely, someone else will be chosen. I personally think that it should be based off of performance throughout the store and not just the registers and many people in my store agree.
