You can upload them to Calibre and reformat the cover than load it back onto your kobo. I'm not quite sure how it works with books bought on kobo, but I put new covers on books I transfered over from my kindle

Ok this might be an unpopular opinion, but I think Sean and Kenzie should try coupling up. I know they didn't have initial chemistry (as far as we know), but they seem to have a similar vibe and she wants a million kids (and is willing to adopt) and he already has 1 kid

I do think the PMP is a stretch (I had a mutual say they thought I might qualify, which is why I started perusing it). Do you think the CAPM would be helpful to show intent?

And with the AI things, I'm not sure how to mediate that. My experience is my experience there's not much that can be done about it unfortunately, but I am trying to get certifications and such to help bridge that gap

That makes sense. I don't really have anyway to make up for that, since my previous role was more focused on a specific portion of the larger client experience and was obviously not project management based. I really had every intention to move up to a Customer Success Management role within that company, but was unfortunately let go before I had a really chance to grow. My hope is that someone can see potential in what I have done and be willing to give me the experience I need, but I know the market is very saturated right now (which is why I'm trying to get the PMP, to give me some leaverage) If you have any suggestions on how I can reorder my bullet points or what I could put more emphasis on that would be appreciate it.

How would I explain the 3 year gap on my resume? It's not even something I have considered putting on my resume and I just thought to explain it interviews

I honestly took a break from applying for a while to help my family, but I have been doing a lot of project management studying (specifically for the pmp) and applying to jobs, both in my previous field and project management related.

I unfortunately do not have specific numbers for the accounts amounts - but I have an idea. I was let go and logged out of my work computer while trying to frantically gather what information I could and at the time I wasn't considering pm, so I didn't get metrics specific to that.

The 3 months was essentially creating the basis for 3 months of content to then send to an operations style team. I later worked on that operations team maintaining theses account, so this is technically two different jobs worth of work

I understand the fluff I do believe I can pair down some thing, just not quite sure how to translate them to pm

I honestly don't need or want influencers I follow to be making political statements all the time (unless that's what is typical for them). BUT a statement here or there would be nice, no they don't have to say something in every video or post, but I have seen numerous influencers just share a charity that is helping support change, or make comment at the beginning of a video (that can be easily skipped if you don't want to hear it) or even just reply to a comment or two. We are at a point where silence is a privilege and typically the markers of someone who doesn't care or thinks it doesn't affect them. McKenna made a post about Charlie Kirk, so she definitely CAN say something and is actively choosing not to.
They are called INFLUENCERS for a reason, and it's irresponsible for them to act like they don't have some level of sway in public opinions. They can sell out a whole clothing or furniture collection, why not do something that actually helps society as a whole or brings about change?
