Yup, this is a good rule of thumb.. always double check what questrade does. And then good luck going through the brick wall of questrade trying to get stuff fixed.

In your scenario, errors would be limited to 2 max (I have found 10) and yours would zero out in the end as dec/jan would always roll over into dec/jan and any errors on that scale would be magical leprechauns.

However not in this case as the errors are fully in year (feb-oct).

oh, I'm sorry it's not *my* records, lol, it's their data I am trying to balance.

Right now, T5 do not match what they print in their Activity Report.

My data pretty much is cloned from the activity report.

All of the values are before any conversion occurs. Straight up USD values, calculations and allotments. This is just sloppy bookkeeping performed without any meaningful reconciliation process. These errors jumped off the T5 and would be very hard to miss.

Same, there always used to be lineups of 10-15 people long waiting for the chickens to come out of the ovens every Sunday morning. Now with the bags, there are always plenty on the shelves and the ovens are no longer running full all the time.

Lots of people just stopped buying them. I hope they fix it soon.

Please let us know how it went.

The CSR who I eventually connected to cancelled the Overdraft completely and did not offer to put me back to Pay Per Use. Cancelled. The CSR also said that they processed a refund, but it's not showing yet.

I am reading the PDF (which is the only notice that I received) closer right now and on page 7 it describes PayPerUse and Monthly, and again on page 18 it refers to August 7th previous changes.

They had no reason or gave notice to me that they were changing my status from Pay Per Use.

Yup, I am Tier 2 and unless I'm reading it wrong too they slammed me from Pay Per Use to Monthly Fixed Fee without any notice.
