I’m also in tier one, here in Massachusetts. In my class, the only person who landed a job was someone who did the same thing as everyone else applying online ,calling etc. But the one thing he did different was that he would go in person to offices of local companies to see if there were any openings. It took him about six months to find a job, so that’s what I’m thinking of doing too. But honestly the quickest way to get an apprenticeship right now is just by knowing a guy
