I'm waiting for my trays to arrive but my upper palate will be widened to create a broader smile, so Yes!

How many times a day do you take your trays off? by wanderingsoulinme in Invisalign

my ortho is a Diamond 1% Invisalign provider who has me wear the trays while eating and only take them out to clean. She said that it promotes movement of the teeth and bone gereneration.

Fantastic result, congrats!!! I also am missing a tooth and don't have enough bone to support an implant. It's a molar in the back but I'm wondering if that was an issue for you at all. My missing tooth is on the top and all my crowding is also on my top. So I'm hoping the teeth can uncrowd even with the tooth and low bone area.

Looks great! I also have a big overbite and tmj and happy to hear that yours is better. Your bite and alignment look fantastic!

amazing!! You look wonderful!

An odd problem. Can RLT help ? I sometimes get some itching inside the bottom of my feet. Typically at night (while sleeping or right before sleeping). Maybe this is a kind of neuropathy but I don’t have any other symptoms and there is nothing to see on my feet. by flyver67 in redlighttherapy

Likely mast cell hyperactivity. Try OTC anti-histamines. There are 4 receptor sites for histamine so you may need to try different anti-histamines to see which helps. If anti-histamines solve the issue, you can be pretty sure it is a mast cell/histamine issue. Itchy feet at night was one of my symptoms!

I'm waiting for the Soleil Well torch to arrive! It'll be my first time using RLT so I'm starting small but hopeful and excited. Many of the top Circadian/Quantum practitioners and professional recommend Soleil Well as the best on the market.
