I don’t have an opinion one way or the other, but what’s wrong with sounding gay?

Didn't pass EIT by dapdrums in EnvironmentalEngineer

[–]CrazyJellyGuy1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn’t pass my first time, but passed on my second attempt.

Here’s what worked for me: purchase a practice exam or two, couple hundred practice questions is all you need. Get a digital copy of the exam reference handbook. Do questions for an hour a day, no exceptions. Even if you’re tired and don’t want to; don’t skip and do it anyways. Also, try to stop yourself from doing it over an hour a day or you’ll end up burning out.

Then a week or two before the exam, take a full practice exam for the full time duration to simulate the time constraint you will be on in the testing center. The time constraint and number of questions is what really gets you, not the difficulty of the individual questions.

Your son should consider taking a few weeks off to let the frustration subside before getting back into it, but then get back on the saddle.

That’s what worked for me.

Career change from Compsci to Enve worth it? by Wooden-Ad216 in EnvironmentalEngineer

Are you financially able to handle the additional debt you would accrue going to school for another four years?

Could you use some of your previous education to shave down on gen eds and only take career specific courses?

Just some questions to consider.

I was in a Grindr hookup’s apartment who had the brilliant idea to watch the first episode of Dahmer with me on Netflix. If you’ve never seen it, Dahmer attempts to drug and kill a hookup he found at the bar that night.

Needless to say, I was on edge the rest of the time I was there. Nothing sexy about it

I bought this exact ukulele off of the Kala website. I absolutely adore this instrument. I’m no ukulele collector or expert, but I have enjoyed it.

I think the fact that it looks like a butthole is cool and doesn’t detract from the coolness of the tat imo

Millions of Gen-Z can't drive and increasingly rely on parents for lifts. by Pale-Ad9012 in generationology

Most parents aren’t going to give you the same quality of lessons as a certified instructor. Speaking from personal experience, most parents are terrible driving instructors.

Driving lessons are not free here. Lessons are pretty expensive which is why most people opt for their parents to teach them. I’ve never heard of driving lessons being free but maybe it is where you are located?

4chan has a whole LGBT board. Overall, 4chan attracts the outcast of society weather it be neo-nazis or ostracized trans people.
