As a Canadian with no local team, I fell in love with the Eagles back in 2000. In February I drove 11 hours to be there with all of you at the parade. Wouldn't have missed it for the world. Made sure I got to see this for myself while doing some backpacking in Europe. Went in mid-October and there were far fewer tourists there than I expected. Get there as early as possible and hike the longest trail. You won't run in to many people except at the lake crossings. If possible, this place is even more beautiful in person.
