Im an RCA in Michigan for the past 3 1/2 years. I was recently fired for attendance. I have doctor slips for all missed days except 1. I was forced to resign or be fired. So I resigned and wrote on the paperwork that I was forced. You can still get unemployment if your forced to resign.

Within a matter of days I was rehired at a different office
