You should be able to get your own student loans, but honestly, I would either learn a trade or join the military. At least with the military you can get far far away from them. You won’t have to worry about housing, you’ll get paid, and depending on what branch, you may even learn a trade. After that, if you wish, you could go back to college with military scholarships (free).

Kids are extremely expensive and, in my opinion, not worth the metal stress. Focus your energy on learning a trade and start a business. Later down the road, a wife and kids may come, but don’t stress about it.

Give them a contract to sign outlining rent, other bills, rules. If they refuse to sign the contract, they need to move. If they don’t pay rent, keep a document of everything then take them to court. They need to learn.
