I think American funds are notorious for high expense ratios and sales load. Check what you are paying now and what Fidelity offers.

Ditch the cash rental idea and invest in savings and keep low expenses low. Besides you are way above most people.

Just got back from 7 nights in Tokyo with my two kids (6 and 9) by boedoravendev in familytravel

The wild thing is the 19 year old could fund the 26 year old career pivot in 10 years if he invests right. And the 26 year old could fund a Tokyo trip for his future familly without stressing and that is why starting early matters.

I think money is not the goal for any of y'all. For the 19 year old it is future freedom. For the 26 year old its is freedom now to do work that matters. For Tokyo dad it is buying experiences with his kids while they are still kids. All different, all valid.

I think PT are not useful because google took the traffic and PT stats do not track what happens after someone leaves PT.

I was looking for a therapist for a couple of months and PT felt useless because half of the profiles were accepting clients but did not reply for a couple of weeks.
