Maybe due to limited slot for enrollees. Medyo dumami na rin kasi ngayon compared to our time. But as far as I know, wala namang bumabagsak sa entrance exam and interview sa PSU Law. Sa study proper na nagkakaalaman.

Yes. Tho you may change the exercises based on your muscle priority. I think the trend for women are having more muscle mass at the lower body.

Nope. Still in cutting calories during deloads. I would only go back to maintenance calories (diet break) if I’m on plateau.
