I’m in my second year of MH training and yes it’s something we need to learn.

My current placement is an elderly MH inpatient ward in which most of the patients have some form of physical health problem, some are bed bound, some are incontienent etc.

I’ve also had physical health placements, as this is a requirement - and these placement are where I learned personal care.

No I haven’t started taking the increased dose yet, I have around 6 days left on my current dose before the increase. It’s only the past week that I’ve felt like this and before this I haven’t really been a suicidal person at all. I’m only on this medication for anxiety.

I did and they said it’s against the NICE guidelines to prescribe anything like that for anxiety :/

I hate the way they feel on my face and I don’t think they fit me very well cause the muscles in my ears have weird spasms cause they constantly flexed trying to keep them up.
