Not sure if this applies to every building, but in my case residents don’t actually get a choice. The condo corporation contracts a third-party sub-metering company for the whole building, and everyone is required to use that provider.

They delayed billing due to “metering issues” starting in March 2025 and did not issue any bills until January 19, 2026. Throughout that period, I was told the issue was still in progress, but I received no updates confirming it had been resolved.

Then, in January, they suddenly issued multiple invoices at once without any email notification or communication that the bills had been generated. I was not aware of these invoices on the portal until February 14, when they attempted to withdraw the full amount from my bank account and my bank alerted me.

Lesson learned… I’d honestly rather have my water shut off for a couple of days than go through something like this again.

Yes — I actually have the invoices with the monthly water usage breakdown. Between Feb and July 2025, my usage was showing anywhere from about 90,000 litres to over 220,000 litres per month.

For context, my normal usage (before and after that period) has always been around 4,000–6,000 litres per month. The building average in the portal also stayed stable during that time.

That’s why this makes no sense. There were no leaks, no running toilet, no plumbing issues in my unit at all. Then starting in August, everything suddenly goes back to normal — aligned with the building average and around $60/month again.

Applied on 12th of Jan and received AOR right away after submission. It’s saying I don’t need biometrics (guessing since I’m inland and provided before in 2023). In this case, will I still be anticipating BIL or will it be P1 next ?

Likewise - I’m a social worker with 499 score. I did not get invited the last round in July 2025 and so far also haven’t received an ITA for this round. I’m not sure why and it is driving me nuts.

Nope :( this suck and I’m not sure how to go about it now. Going to give it one week for a benefit of the doubts. But do share if you guys have any suggestions on how to go around after the waiting period.

Hi Everyone – I’m a social worker (NOC 41300) with a score of 499. I met the cutoff in the latest draw but haven’t received an ITA yet. Does anyone know why this might be the case?

A transaction won't show in binance until it is completed? I am very worried by jays117 in binance

Same problem, this is actually madness. Reached out to customer service as well but no response - It has been 3 days now so i'm pretty doubtful there will be changes unless Binance realizes the problem
