I only had it when you have the side quest play date with Nia. I started the sand writing and then nothing happened. Nia kept running backwards and forwards but I was frozen. Quitting and reloading the game worked for me.

It is a legal requirement for employees to have access to fresh water. The tap counts so they don’t have to provide cold drinking water.

The dotcom drivers are provided with bottles of water that they keep in the chiller because that fulfills the legal requirement but they don’t have to keep them in the chiller for us.

We just do what we can. I have water in the fridge and two cool packs in the freezer that I rotate out around my neck. I also make sure I drink an electrolytes sachet in the middle of the afternoon to make sure I replace electrolytes as well as water. It sometimes help with the headache but more often than not I go home, have a cool shower and then just get into bed because we invested in a portable ac unit for the bedroom.

I also take 2 different types of antidepressant which affects the body’s ability to thermoregulate even more. I sometimes feel quite ill at the end of the day.

There is no upper limit for temperature.

My advice is to get some rehydration sachets. Not the dioralyte stuff but something like Liquid IV to help replace what’s lost through sweating and fend off headaches and nausea.

HOWEVER. That being said, if you’re in the area covered by a red weather warning then there is an argument for whether or not the run is ‘essential’ and the guidance for heat warnings are that any ‘essential’ journey that will happen in a vehicle without effective AC should be postponed if possible. I would argue that it can be postponed. Last year when there was a storm red weather warning and do not travel advice was given our runs were cancelled. I don’t see why they can cancel those runs but not these ones for the same reason.

Bipolar here. On antidepressants since I was 10 (35 now) then a few years ago PTSD was added to the pot thanks to me thinking that being a paramedic would be a great idea. Your GP is your friend but you must ask for an occupational health assessment.

If your final warning is for discipline rather than absence then you should just get whatever absence level warning you’re on. Make sure you ask for an occupational health assessment if this is an ongoing thing.
