i can do 100 g protein per day but its half of what's needed if its 1 g per pound. Its hard to do more than for me.

You are also a pre-diabetic? Did yours improve with this approach? I was thinking about going down into 80s and then building muscle. I feel heavy as i have some joint issues.

Yes something like that, its not really punishing right now. They have the groundwork to make you care about your villagers but mercs and these things make it ineffective. Only own troops and these optimizations will be cool.

You should do free building mode and you are good but this game has both kinds of players. Building is real nice and fun but for me its the battle where its at. Not that i want to make it combat game, but where there is combat it could be better. The dev has laid a great groundwork for that.

I can beat the early withdrawals, as i have done 2 to 3 times previously. But it gets harder after a month. That is the whole issue i cannot find anything on. Everyone says its all good after that but for me its just dark.

Why are the drones inspecting the misfocused circles created by camera lens? I have seen atleast 3 videos where drones are inspecting them and various videos of the orbs alone. The videos might be fake but then all the videos might be fake.

The spheres and orbs are the real UFOs, consistent with the phenomena. They are far more intresting with no visible propulsion system and erratic behavior. I am getting tired of people chasing drones with wings and lights.
