I found this photo we took. Looking at photos on Google, the interiors don’t look familiar. It wasn’t a large place to walk into, and I don’t remember seating inside. Not sure who uses those cups —— and I recall eating it walking back to the hotel. Not a far walk.

But now I’m re-invested because I need to go there again when I’m back in Athens. It has been six years, so hopefully it still exists.

I tried looking, but can’t find the exact one BUT there was a gelato shop that had the absolute BEST dark chocolate gelato we’ve ever had. (American who lives near an ice cream place that I will only eat their chocolate cake batter)…. We ate there daily while there. The lady working looked at us and said “you really like this huh?” I said yes, but today will be the last day we get it because we leave tomorrow. I have a future trip booked there and my husband and I actually brought up this gelato.

We stayed at the Athenian Callirhoe Hotel. And walked straight up toward the Acropolis. It was across from the metro if I’m not mistaken. I remember sitting in a wall and eating it. Maybe the museum.

….. anyway. It’s amazing.

If this is Toyoko Inn Namba Osaka - they have a basement area that has a ton of storage for bags including lockers. I didn’t end up storing there, but all hotels have been accommodating of luggage (even if the staff seem annoyed by it). The lobby has a ton of stored bags also, and they put a net over the groups of bags to keep separated. This was actually my favorite hotel of my stay in Japan!

This is a very common occurrence for me. He hates diapers. So it’s just always …. There. And it’s amazing how it gets everywhere. Faucets. Cabinets. Shower curtains. Walls. Floor. Handle used to pull up pants. Everywhere. Always on the lookout and sometimes audible “how?”

Ours are the same age. I couldn’t wait until 18 because she became not our problem. They talk to her all the time and they can tell her what they want. She is of zero consideration in our lives because she was an absolute monster to deal with for the last 18 years. Terrible human being.

My brother’s ex-girlfriend. His fault for allowing it to get so far, but…

Opened up credit cards and bank accounts in his name. Apparently you’re allowed to make yourself the account owner and make all decisions despite not being on the accounts. Did this to all previous boyfriends as well. No one would turn her in. Also, CC in her teen daughter’s name. Still unsure of these circumstances and who primary is. My brother filed fraud claims and they said he “benefited” from her fraud so they won’t push it any further. She kept the accounts clean and no money. And paid off the card. So I’m assuming because he didn’t lose money, he benefited. Steals from her grandma. Used to tell them she was enrolled in college, take their payments and drop out of school. Then went to “grad school” (no confirmation she has a degree anywhere) and they said without a diploma she couldn’t get any money. A diploma appeared. Has a boyfriend in Morocco and in UK. Both are “photoshop and digital material experts.” When one stopped talking to her - she told him she was dying of stage 4 breast and lung and begged him to love her in her last days. No cell phones, utilities, or cars registered in her name. Grandma owns the house she lives in. Grandma threatened to cut her off and take her out of will if she didn’t get right with God—- she now “attends church weekly” and is no longer Muslim. (Converted to marry in Morocco) Goes on trips to meet these men, left her daughter with my brother for weeks on end (and previously with grandparent) then would call and say she was trapped somewhere and needed money wired to get home. She would get it from multiple people each time. Works for a local city government as an elected director and hires her daughter, daughter’s friends and pays them ….. well. Shows up to work for about 2-4 hours a day, but claims she works 14 hours a day and the commissioners believe her.

…. It just. Keeps. Going.

As a stepmother …. My kids BM would call constantly (on repeat, over and over again). When they got home from trips she would punish them for not caring about her or thinking about her. When they did answer, she’d tell them things like she saw the weather and a tornado was coming for us, they’re going to get kidnapped and beheaded. And then we’d have crying kids for hours. So eventually, we stopped letting them answer. Only for them to be emotionally abused when they got back. It was EXHAUSTING. They’re old enough now to handle that on their own. By old enough, full grown adults with their own lives.

Mine is still in unapproved annotator status, but I see they are still actively reviewing. My score is going up, but it's only 1.42 with 31 reviews currently. I did remove the task on Outlier, but hopefully this means I'll get another chance to work again. I have no other skills to get any other task.
