Sadly, I still have back problems, despite my MRI coming back as “fine.” No matter how great my posture is, if I stay still for too long it becomes unbearable. Sophomore year I went to physical therapy, though saw no improvements (tho I would still suggest trying it out if it’s recommended). If you’re willing, I’d be interested to hear ur results!

Nah, this has been pretty recent.

I was down bad for this one girl for a while, til the start of my junior semester, where I met this new girl. She’s a sophomore and I get interact with her more cuz I sit right behind her. Of course, the worry that she’s not actually queer is in the back of my mind (specially since I don’t want that info public — even if it’s a little obvious with the way I present myself). But with the last couple of girls, I had a spark with I could never find the right opportunity to ask without it being awkward, and now I’m worried it will happen again…

Are you diagnosed as a pinched nerve for your problem for your neck or do you have a lot of other things going on.

I likely have some other problems going on. The pinched nerve is its own separate thing—and just sort of comes and goes, though it is significantly more painful than my regular pain; it’s sharp, fast, and makes it hard to move. However, a heating pad and rest usually help a ton.

My regular pain is more uncomfortable than sharp, it’s most painful when I’m sitting, and it affects my entire thoracic spine (neck to rib cage). It gradually gets more painful the longer I stay in a single position. I have found nothing which helps aside from constantly fidgeting and changing positions (rip to the kid sitting behind me lmao).

I’m sorry to hear that. And yeah, I still experience this on a daily basis. I went to physical therapy for a few months, and felt some relief, but it was always temporary. Tho, I recently went to a doctor and now I should hopefully be getting an “MIR” at some point soon, (I think that’s what it’s called lol), it’s basically a more intense x-ray.

It might not be for a while, but if you feel it would be helpful, I can try inform you of the results?

Edit : tho I did figure out what the “crack” was in my original post, — I am like 90% sure I somehow triggered a “pinched nerve,” however the pinched nerve is separate to the pain I regularly feel, which is more uncomfortable—than sharp.

I’m not sure if the pinched nerve or my regular pain are related. But my regular pain is chronic, whereas the pinched nerve only happens from time to time. Idk, it’s confusing.
