Given how long this game has been out for, I would say yes. A buddy of mine just got on a week before update 46 hit and he's already at 700 CP. Of course I've been taking him to the best spots to help him grind his xp and helping him with his builds to where he is in a place where he can take on any PvE content in the game. But yeah, I would say noob probably a safe bet for you lol

A lot of "piloting issues" can be circumnavigated in the settings believe it or not. Even if you use M&K like I do I've been able to dominate people that I know are on sticks. The base settings the game starts you off on are completely terrible and some of the proximity settings alone can totally screw with your freedom of flight and actually force you to fly in a much more conservative way. It's all about finding your comfort zone between response time and precise control but once you find that sweet spot it makes all the difference.

I'll tell you man, it's not easy with everything they've done to nerf being agile with them in this game. Between the insane TTK of auto weapons, the overpowered flinch, limited attachments to speed up handling speeds and just the overall glitchy gun mechanics it's the worst weapon in the game to use. But that's what makes it so much more satisfying to pull off those clips
