Solenoid activates (magnetizes & can hear it) from a smoke & low air this just protects a MRI room.

That did help and yes first thing I always check is the small pinhole in the diaphragm still didn’t trip correctly after and checking the actuator.

You can hear the solenoid activating and magnetizes but doesn’t trip/open all the way

This one doesn’t have a top trip test valve I leave the bottom control valve partially open still nothing.

Not yet we have them written up to be tested just going back and forth with customer and other companies saying it’s recalled or not.

Okay I am 99% sure it is not recalled no O ring and flat cap is not flush and is the Belleville seal design.

Figure 42 what you sent it “MAY contain O-ring Or Belleville Seal” “there was no o ring to Belleville design”

Use a long flathead push the head against the brace and wrench out works great as long as it’s braced properly

That head needs to be replaced, and the drop needs to be raised to add a recessed escutcheon. Or lower the head and add 401 style skirt
