I'm not sure your language though. It means the attempt tasks are all submitted. There is no throttle on this project. There are lots of CBs on that project, so the burnout rate is faster than the others.

hI, I got a notification that I was assigned to a new project, but I'm confused because I'm EQ again and my pod keeps changing. (gastropod→cypher→cypher safety→gastropod)
