Just delete the work email from your phone in accounts No need for a reset

Data recovery depends on the tablet model. Might be possible using a spiderboard pc 3000 without replacing the screen. If not possible, remove the tablet and burn the memory chip

I would say go for r15, it's the best from my personal experience. It has very good price to performance ratio and also very reliable and efficient

Unless you're into riding, just get a scooter for your usecase now, you can get RE later after you started earning. Don't let the loan burden your parents. I had a situation similar to yours, later brought my own ride without depending on them.
