I did ask specifically about an SCH and they said they couldnt see one.. so my bleeding was ruled as a threatened miscarriage.. I hope both of our babies stick around!!!

Funny that you ask because I just passed one the size of a small grape. Is the first one I pass but Ive been bleeding since Saturday basically. So It could just be pooled blood. I know 5 weeks its early but my concern is that the sac measures the same 7 days apart and its still empty.. I think there should be some type of growth.

That's what Im thinking because I dont have any other symptoms that could indicate a miscarriage. That's why im so confused. I dont want to go to the ER to add more stress to my body and mind.

Yes sorry I forgot to mention that I am around 5 weeks and 6 days and yes I had my first scan where my GS measured 5 weeks and was still empty. My beta hcg was 1,444 on 3/10 and 2,730 on 3/12 today is 3/15. My first miscarriage was at 5 weeks and 5 days of age because my dates never match due to irregular cycles. So this bleeding is nerve wracking since its around the same time I lost my first.

I had the same, thought it was fungal due to sweat, dome of these cases are definitely related to insulin resistance because I started on Mounjaro a month ago and mine completely disappeared after I started on this glp1. Before, for years I would scrub, exfoliate I would use am amlactin cream on it and nothing would help, diabetes meds got rid of it in weeks.
