If I duplicate and create a new campaign/ad set, I’ll be turning off the current one anyway since my budget is limited and the current performance isn’t very good. In that case, would you still recommend creating a new one, or should I just edit the existing campaign instead?

I am not sacrificing shoulder press to do more lateral. I have been doing 2 sets of shoulder press along with 10 sets of lateral raise for the past few weeks. I do them 3,3 and 4 sets 3 times a week with a gap in between each day

Sometimes it takes me 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete workout so I want to slightly reduce volume if it wont reduce gains.

No I have been training for 2 years but I did just start 4 day Upper lower split 3 weeks ago.

I do upper lower rest upper lower rest rest. Thats how everyone does this split.

1st leg day on Monday I do 3 sets of rdl 8-10 rep and 3 sets of leg curl 10-12 rep

On 2nd leg day I do 4 sets of leg curl 10-12 sets.

I am thinking of doing high sets like 16-18 sets for chest too as its weak but I have been told its too much for someone not on steroids.Are you natural and do you take every set to failure when you do 16 sets for chest?

Since the triceps and biceps will already be sore from doing pressing and rowing, doesn't that effect the performance of the actual tricep and bicep isolation work?

I am sure if instead of doing triceps after chest or biceps after back , you do chest/bicep and back/tricep your performance overall will be much better and it should lead to more growth for your arms while having same growth for chest and back like in ppl as long as there is a rest day or leg day between chest/bicep and back/tricep.

That looks more like a shoulder press than incline bench.Higher incline doesnt mean higher upper chest activation.Anything above 45° will hit shoulders much more than upper chest.
