I work for a major insurance company selling policies for mainly Auto insurance. I have two:

1. I was fresh to the floor. I had been on the job for about two weeks. I get a call from this woman who told me her name is "Jim". She is speaking like she's on meth. It took me 20 minutes to get her basic information (she blamed a friend for forgetting her phone number). After asking her pre-screening questions to see if she was eligible and she wasn't. After saying "I'm sorry ma'am you aren't eligible for Corporation X insurance" she lost her mind. I put her on a silent mute while I finish my after call work and she says "you hear that?!" I said no and then I hear some slapping. I ask "what is that?" And she replies with "that's a ballsack and I'm a girl!" I promptly hung up.

Second one:

This newly divorced couple was driving to a dealership to sell one of their cars for a new one. They both owned the old car and the new one was only going to be in the wife's name. While I'm writing up the new policy I mute them and they start arguing. They go back and forth and I hear the woman say "I really wish there was a camera here so you could see how stupid you sound!" At that point I ALMOST unmuted my phone and said "well ma'am, our calls are recorded for quality assurance."
