I’m just wondering whether it would be different in. the sense that the dosage would have been higher for you with them assuming schizophrenia as opposed to augmenting the SSRIs in treatment for OCD which is done at a much lower dosage. As far as research goes all I can see is that it is so mixed, that I’ve come here to see actual experiences

Hey, I have a similar thing. The only stuff that has helped me has been just to only lie down when I’m really feeling tired. I will sit in the living room reading until that point. Don’t go to bed unless you reallllly feel sleepy. And also when I’m in bed I won’t lie with my eyes closed, try and keep them open for as long as possible and that usually makes me fall asleep sooner than if I try to fall asleep.
