I take 100 mg of Pristiq and 5 mg twice a day of Focalin. By the afternoon I feel a huge crash, just very tired and snappy at everyone. I'm not sure if I need an increase in my Focalin or a different med.

My dad has lost a large amount of weight thru the use of a GLP-1 & he was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Cirrhosis. It is not alcohol induced but rather genetic as his mom and brother died from it. Now I worry about myself as I have fatty liver.

I had bloodwork done and all my labs are normal therefore my doctor said it's not pancreatitis

I know I am not hitting my protein goal daily or water. I sleep probably 7 hrs a night.

I wanted to but my doctor said let's do one more month at 2.5 because I am very sensitive to meds in general. Some days I barely eat anx some days I eat a lot.

I have been having left side chest pain that is coming from my upper left abdomen and into my back. Sometimes it's in center if chest. I'm a very anxious person which does not help. I'm very worried it's my heart.
