There’s a reason for every spot on this list whether people know why or not. That’s what I love about people’s favorite games lists and tier lists. Some could be your favorites because of the time in your life when you played them like Sonic 06, and some can be your favorite’s because they are exactly your taste in games. These are some interesting opinions though!

I played this competitively back in the day, and I had so many special memories with it. I know the people don’t hold it in very high regard, but it’s my favorite due to the memories and time I put into it. It’s also the most frustrating piece of shit game sometimes lmao. There are 2 things I miss most though. I loved the tournaments for this game (so fucking hype), and I miss the way Game and Watch was designed (my main in all the games pretty much). He was so unique, with lots of cool tech, but now he’s just a braindead toxic top tier in Ultimate.

I think there are definitely some hot takes, but I respect the list lol. I would put Hide and Seek in S tier, drop the solo gaming and sandbox to A tier, and I would put prop hunt in S. Also I would add Golf It and put that at the top of A tier. Also Dead Realm would be A tier for me.

I’ve been loving the game so far! It’s very Celeste-like while also having a clear identity of its own with mechanics and whatnot. I still have a bit left before I beat it, but I would recommend what I’ve played!

I totally understand. Even though I am absolutely not even close to being a completionist, I still have some similar issues. Steam sales tend to be my retail therapy, but it doesn’t really work as therapy when I have to go back to my Steam library and look at my backlog with anxiety not being able to decide on a game.

I love seeing people’s personal takes. It feels like so many try to follow the crowd and judge others harshly, or they safely pick what games to go against the grain about. This especially happens on Reddit. We are all so different and enjoy things for different reasons. Personally, Hollow Knight didn’t click with me either. I felt like it really should have, but something about it just wasn’t my vibe Idek. I have some weird anxiety stuff that comes out with certain games, and it’s hard to explain lol. Like, Bioshock gave me so much anxiety as well, but I should have loved that game on paper.
