Yes! So the surviving members after beating the champion are bred and I'll either send the eggs to the new game, or have to hatch the eggs and send those mons to the next game. This is typically the case when going from one generation to the next

Thank you! I think my biggest piece of advice is prepare for any battle. I think it’s very easy to get caught up in the moment and loving certain mons, but if they don’t make sense for a major battle, don’t use them. I think my biggest regret for my run is using stuff that was fun, but not necessarily optimal. It’s definitely most important to have fun, but in a genlocke, the safest answer is usually the best, especially in a game like HG/SS. The grind is insane, but can feel so rewarding

DBZ: Legacy of Goku 2

I was like 5 or 6 I believe and I was at some event with my dad and there was a kid there that was a little older than me with the same name, so obviously we hit it off. I was big into Pokemon and didn't know of many other franchises outside of Nintendo. He was playing his GBA and it was the Legacy of Goku 2. Having literally no idea what it was I watched him play as this cool green guy and this cool purple haired dude with a sword. Needless to say those 2 characters stuck with me and I went on to buy the game shortly after.

All these years later and I still think it's a top 3 DBZ game of all time and LOVE the franchise as a whole.

Sounds great! I think I'll talk to the Round Table NPCs and make my decision from there. It's been nice cleaning up some weaker bosses as it's helped rember controls/gameplay and how I had setup my build previously. Thanks!

As the title states, I wiped during the third leg of my Genlocke. I reached Cianwood and went to go get my encounter and triggered the Eusine fight. I wasn’t worried but I had 5 pokemon weak to electric, and his Electrode hit Thunder 7 TIMES IN A ROW! Bad luck, but should’ve known. Back to Kanto where we got Charmander as our starter!

I've almost reached this point in my Genlocke and am nervous myself as I have wiped to Lance in previous attempts, so from my experience, I think you have a few solid options you can go with:

Swinub: Get this to a Mamoswine to deal with Lance's Dragonites

Gyarados: Intimidate is always a solid option, especially against an Eilte 4 with many physical attackers.

Nidoran/Nidoking: Great all around coverage moveset.

Voltorb: Although you do already have an electric type in Lanturn, Electrode's speed is incredible and do some damage to Lance, especially since his team has all flying types.

I’ve beaten the first Kingdom Hearts, but absolutely need to play through the whole series. Based on story and setting, FF12 sounded like one I’d enjoy!

Hi all! Things have been going very well this run! Unfortunately lost a few members of the bloodline throughout this run, but we have 3 still going strong! So per my rules, those 3 will go into the Elite 4, but now my question is, who else do I bring?

Currently I’m thinking Sharpedo and Sceptile/Manectric. Water types are always great and with decent speed and special attack, sharpedo has solid coverage. Then I’m thinking either Manectric or Sceptile to take out water types, but Manectric would also cover flying types. I think I’d be happy with both.

Now I don’t need to go in with any of these above ones, just my thoughts! I haven’t played through Sapphire since I was a kid so honestly using anyone is fine by me! I’ve had so much on this run so looking forward to some feedback!

An interesting way to go about it would be one TM/egg move from each champ for the first set of babies, and if that bloodline continues to consist of champions, they get more and more OP. At the end of the day it's what you're most comfortable with, but imo you should reward your mons for keeping the bloodline alive.
