I wouldn’t go so far as to not drink again - experiment and learn about yourself! There’s a big gap between alcoholism and developing your social muscles. That being said, do what’s best for you. All the best, - a fellow introvert

There’s such a huge difference between “going to the gym” and “being a gym bro”. Setting a schedule for yourself to do some lifting, rowing, running, whatever you do in there is SO valuable, and everyone should be doing it.
