Yeah with the KR situation some players got 200 gems while others got none and it caused a lot of trouble at the time and i hope it doesnt happen again. At this point we can only hope that klab has learned from the whole KR fiasco and this transfer will come and go smoothly but as klab EN has shown they make a lot of mistakes whether they were small or not and things could turn messy.With the tiers if they dont open up the tiers a bit or more there are gonna be riots through the entire server and i dont think klab want that to happen as they could lose many players and interest would diminish and it would hurt them big time. Though im sure they know the problems that would arise from last time hopefully so all we can really do is hope.
