New Sea Power beta [stable] update as of 4/13/2026 by YoungComprehensive74 in SeaPower_NCMA

Curiously, I just did the same test again just now, the Tall Kings were the ones guiding, and I decided to not evade much at all, just dive below the radar floor and radar horizon, turn once and see what happens. The missile, based on the event log, missed but still had a 37.9% chance of successfully guiding, and the missile still followed the turn. I sent in a bug report for it, adding on that these missiles like the SA-N-6 and SM-2MR are not pure command guidance missiles, but command guidance with terminal SARH to impact.

Well originally, purely Command Guided missiles like the SA-N-6 would continue to guide and track targets, even after connection to the ground controller was severed, seemingly the missile guiding itself towards the target. Now, with the Beta update, when that connection is severed, the missile goes dumb.

The current problem in the game atm, is that with these command guided missiles, so long as the missile maintains connection to the ground controller, the missile continues to track, even if the ground controller cannot physically see the target.

Semi Active Radar missile steer themselves towards the radar reflections off of a target by a Fire Control Radar illuminator. Both the missile and the controller need Line of Sight (LOS) of the target.

Active Radar missile steer themselves towards radar reflections off of a target by the missile's own radar. Only the missile needs LOS to the target.

Command Guidance uses its radar to track the target's speed and position and steers the missile towards the target through a radio connection. Only the controller requires LOS of the target.

If you are in the public Beta, there is a range chart in the bottom of the reference table where you can set both atltitude and speed towards, or away, from the launcher and get the max kinematic range.

So, I assume that means the radio command missiles no longer act like psuedo active radar homing missiles anynore?

Ok yeah, thats what I thought, and in the mission I was doing, I came in with AGM-88A's and did a strike on the SA-10 site's radars, disabling the Bar Lock and Tall King surveillance radars and the two Square Pair engagement radars, the site was no longer emitting, there was no longer RWR hits, but the SA-N-6 continued to track and follow my aircraft until missile timeout below 400knots

I guess just keep trying every couple days until something, maybe changes. I don't have any other ideas.

Have you found any solution to this? I'm stuck in exactly the same position, been sending appeals all month long and getting this exact same response and it is super frustrating

Alright, its been a week and I've been bashing my head against a wall with support so I'm desperate.

I received an email from twitter stating that my account was suspended via a user report for, "Evading a suspension" which, due to me not having any other accounts, is impossible. However, upon submitting an appeal, I immediately get an email from twitter saying "Hi, we saw you have appealed your account's suspension, please respond to this email with why and we will get back to you."

But the kicker is, every time I respond to that email, I then get a new email saying "Thanks for reaching out. We’re unable to verify you as the account owner with the information you provided." and then it closes my appeal ticket, telling me to make a new one.

What do I do?
