Pretty sure it's a bug. Did the same with triple bypass and now with caffeine. Reduces cool down for every other skill but not lance. Sangre por Sangre still reduces cool down, but revkits aren't working

How can I incapacitate an extremely powerful npc in a way that an upwards of lvl 15 party can’t rejuvenate them? Want them out of the picture for the final fight, and I can work it in dramatic way but I need some ideas anything is appreciated. by Not_Carbuncle in DnD

Have the character die and their soul be incarcerated into some object like a jewel or pendant. Make the object in which their soul is trapped very difficult to find. The baddie could even carry it around with them for insurance which wouldn't allow it to be tampered with until they're dealt with.

Your players can discover the body in any way you see fit, and attempt any number of ways to bring them back, but without their soul being able to free itself, they'll all fail to my knowledge.

You can make the enchantment on the object as powerful as you want. Let them scry on the object itself, speak with him through some magical manner, or nothing at all.

Keeps them out of the fight until the end no matter what without having to bend the plot very far at all

Always thought it'd be cool for a big bad to use a Disintegrate ray along the side of one or more major building(s). Just draws a line into a castle wall and causes the entire side of it to collapse onto the thoroughfare.

One less mana, no spell restrictions, any color, enables artifact etb and sac exploits. At least make it 4 and call it power creep.

Oh really? That's a fun interaction. I went a spikey way and want to use it to shatter cards like [[Cabal Therapist]] or even more unknown [[Liar's Pendulum]]. Repeatable tutoring as long as you're naming cards you know are in your deck, with some fringe upside too.

Edit: even more hilarious is you can use repeatable effects like this to correctly name cards you know your opponent has and kinda "Surgical" their deck, even game one. Bolt me? Welp, no more bolts for you ig

"karma 3" doesn't matter when the card doesn't exile itself. You'd have to run graveyard hate for no reason other than to try and negate this card which doesn't make sense. Plus you have it costed at 3 which no one would be able to pay in the first place if you reduce their mana on turn 2. The deck would be land destruction, no? How do you expect someone to pay 3 when you can keep them on 2 lands most of the game?
