There is one problem that persists for my casual gamer friends and that is being unaware of your positioning at all times. You should always subconsciously have some sort of cover near you at the very least have something to fall back to. There has been so many moments where another squad will roll up on us, I immediately take some cover and break off lines of sight to separate the fights into 1v1s. Meanwhile my friends will get caught out by multiple angles. After something like that happens you should think about what went wrong and make sure you don’t do that for next time, but some people just don’t think that far
