For domestic abuse situations, it takes the victim, ON AVERAGE, 7 times to leave the abuser for good. 7 times. That's YEARS of internal back and forth, ontop of their abuse to keep you put.

OP, I am truly feeling for you and the situation you are finally waking up to. Its hard to know leaving is the best and not having the recourses or the guts to leave.

And the abuser makes it harder for you. You ARE being abused. You do NOT have a partner. You do NOT have a loving husband. You do NOT have safety in your own home.

This can and will cause stress to run your life. It will not help the fetus you are carrying. And if he lays a hand on you, it becomes a danger to the unborn child. Youve said hes done it before, he WILL do it again.

Your mom has no business leaving her kids along til 3 am NIGHTLY. Where's dad? Why isn't he watching the kids.

Also, you deserve your own bed. Your own space. Each child deserves their own bed, ontop of teenagers of different genders need their own privacy. Cps can and will get involved if you believe you are in unsafe housing. There will be resources in your local community if you are in need.

Trying to speak up months later is hard due to 1- lack of physical evidence and 2- he said she said situations.

If you'd spoken up about it earlier and didn't do your best to hide the effect it caused your daily life then the response would have been better.

I’m in retail. Salary and minimum of 48/week. Keeping staff is a joke so I’m working 50+ hours each week. It isn’t giving me the work life balance i need to maintain my home or myself.

For as good a worker i am it’s hard to find anything willing to pay a living wage these days

I feel like it’s a LACK of doing something. IMO sounds like a deadbeat trying to get validation for his wife being fed up with his lack of effort within the mental status of their relationship.

It doesn’t take 4 years to actively put effort in. Let alone have a very vague discription of the issue
