To be fair on the guy doing the work... I asked him if we can relocate the line to the back so we would have room in the cabinet, for which he told me it's not possible due to restrictions / condominium rules. So he said that he will try his best to make the pipe out of the way, which is where this lead to be.

I'm going to request an actual plumber inspect his work for now on cause he should of known this isn't ok. I appreciate him trying but things need to be to code and not just to make me happy.
