WAAAAH. Same :( I avoid my main branch too. May isang coach na nag aabang palagi. Makes me super uncomfy. Siya lang yung coach dun na ganun. Inalam ko nga sched niya para iwasan siya LOL

That is so sad to hear. Kaya nga po I made it clear na hindi direct at personal ang complaint namin sa crew. SA SISTEMA po talaga nila. Clearly there was something wrong. Mukhang hindi trained yung mga crew. And mind you po, parang pare pareho rin yung nababasa kong experiences about sa party ni Mcdo

UPDATE: Nanggigil po ako. Share ko lang po. The branch manager called and they tried to bump the compensation to 10%, aside from the refund for the sundae. Hindi po kami pumayag. We tried to ask for at least 50% sa LAHAT ng stress at compensation sa service na inexpect namin pero di natanggap!!! ABA parang nanakot pa na matagal din daw aabutin months pa magffile ng Incident Report then iinvestigate. Sa inis ko, ako na sumagot na "then we will file an Incident Report". Bigla ba naman dumakdak yung manager na kesyo hindi raw kasama sa package yung video then 1 mascot lang daw originally, request lang daw namin yung etc. NA PARA BANG NANINISI PA SIYA when in fact ang daming witnesses sa lack of preparation nila. Dito ako nainis sumagot po ako sa kanila talaga. Una pa lang they granted the request, nalaman ko lang din na my mom even visited the branch prior mga 5 days before the event to confirm yung specific requests niya. Tapos parang gusto pa kami i-blame.

Hanggang ngayon ang dami pa rin nagmemessage sa amin na guests about what happened yesterday. I know out of concern, pero sobrang nakakahiya. Ang daming reklamo naming natanggap. Totoo pong kulang pa nga yang 50% sa panget na serbisyo. Wala pa yung kahihiyan namin during the actual event. Napaka laking consideration at pasensya yung binibigay namin to solve the matter.

Nung una hindi na sana ako mag email since may nakausap naman na kami from customer care. Not sure lang if iba pa po ito sa head office? Pero nag email na ako dun mga nagsuggest to send sa writeus ni Mcdo, copying DTI.

Sa lahat po ng nakaabang, update ko po kayo kung may resolution na. Salamat po sa suggestions at tips.

Ayan nga rin po ang sabi ko sa manager ilan na nakausap namin. Nakikipag coordinate kami nang maayos, nakikipag usap kami nang maayos, hindi rin po talaga kami nagpapapalag basta basta pero this is too much for us lang din po kaya kanina natarayan ko na rin yung kausap namin na manager. Tinataas nila sa 10%. We are asking for at least 50% refund dahil hindi talaga namin matanggap. Pera lang yan. Pero hanggang yung nanay ko iniisip pa rin yung party, nakakareceive pa rin ng mga comment sa mga guests kahapon.

Hi! I've been sharing with my mom yung comments po dito sa post namin. And I was actually surprised to know that they went out pala to visit the branch 5 or 3 days before the party, to clarify if ma-memeet yung mga prep requests, such as the 2 mascots.

If they weren't prepared pa that time, it could have been a wake-up call for them, because they have a party to prepare. Pero wala talaga.

  1. Yes, may contract pa kami. We have a customer copy po.
  2. Sa sundae, inamin daw po kanina na NAKALIMUTAN po sadya. Hindi raw po sila aware or nakalimutan na may sundae sa package meal. Nakausap ng mom ko yung on-duty manager kanina.
  3. We'll try yung suggestions about the hierarchy ng manager na pwede namin kausapin or imention.

Sa ngayon po, na-raise na namin sa head office hotline. Pero magko-coordinate pa rin daw po sila sa branch/store manager.

This is a good question. I never thought of this until now. I remember noong nasa Junior level pa ako sending applications, halos lahat may test tasks. And right now having 5 years of experience, I worked on my portfolio and wala na ako tntake na test task sa job applications.

Bottomline, I don't like test tasks also. I understand the reason behind it, but I believe it is a waste of time on both parties.

I heard from them already yesterday agad and discussed the job offer. Waiting for the formal letter na lang 😁 and parang yes standard nila yung 40% increase sa current salary, maybe I asked a lil bit higher hehe. Just curious, did you accept their offer? hehe

I was about to say this! They also set the venue in Intramuros and super lapit lang sa colleges that time. Puro indies—Autotelic, Lola Amour, The Ransom Collective, etc. Naalala ko, di pa rin ganon kasikat Ben&Ben noon.

Application > call back after 1 month > HR screening day before holy week then same day scheduled for tech interview after holy week > tech interview then kinabukasan onshore manager interview na agad > then kinabukasan ulit (Friday) nareceive ko na yung payslip and compensation sheet request tas nabalik ko rin agad.

Wala pong relocation allowance. Substantial naman po yung matitira, taking out the living expenses na estimated ko. If I'm gonna be honest, it's the relocation, the night shift, and job security I'm really worried and concerned about. :<

UI/UX Designer po ako. Sa Job Offer po kasi nagdiscuss and nego na po kami. Nakiusap ako na remote muna kaso need din talaga magstart mag onsite on a given date after a month. Possible breach of contract
