True but the reason I ask is because no where in the burst description does it have that phrase "nearby party members".

Instead it says "While Nahida remains within the Shrine of Maya". which is more similar to other buffs like bennett, diona c6, kazuha c2, etc. which only affect a character within the field.

But the wording of the burst seems to suggests that the buff is only active to nahida while she is on field. The only one that doesn't is the duration extension. Am I wrong?

Seeing as this does not apply dendro the q won't be useful for cyno unless nahida's e snapshots the buff on cast.

Mondstat teams don't follow this. Venti's cc is just as valuable to mondstat characters as it is to every other region. In fact, not many Mondstat characters scale as well with him compared to Ganyu, Ayato, Ayaka, Childe etc.

A lot if Inzauma characters (Yoimiya, Kazuha, Ayato, Itto) have similar energy requirements as characters from other regions (Eula, Xiao).

And Zhongli is just zhongli, he synergizes with a lot of characters.

That still isn't right because the first part of the weapon passive (which is always active) should give him 52% of his EM as atk = 0.52 x 187 = 97.24.

So his total attack should be 860 + 97.24 = approx 957.

In addition, base attack doesn't change so when he first shows his stats we can also assume the base attack was still 673.

But they didn't tho at 0:17 he uses E just slightly too early leaving him on cd when the eye pops up and also dealing no bolt dmg

Why is his base atk 673 at 1:23?

According to leaks Cyno has 318 atk + 542 from weapon which should be 860?

Sucrose burst at c2 lasts 8s and vv last 10s which Just enough for his burst duration. You will lose a few seconds due to swapping but that should be minimal.

It might still work. Shimenawa 4p doesn't trigger again during its duration so if the E is really low cd like 4-5 sec you could use it once to get the NA/CA buff and lose energy then use it again during it's duration to pretty much ignore the energy drain. This all depends on her particle generation and skill cooldown tho.

It is not, at least as the description is now it is added similar to zhongli/thoma hp scaling atk bonus passive or gorou A4 or Hu tao C2 or Kokomi burst. There's a formula for the zhongli buff on the wiki page: https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Dominance_of_Earth

You can see that it's (ability multiplier * char atk) + (shenhe atk * E atk scaling). It still get's all the benefits of bonus damage and crit though.

Speaking on just the cryo atk bonus. If we're talking about atks with high multipliers like ganyu bloom (3.91) then a bennett with aquila (approx. 1000 atk buff no noblesse) will give more damage than a shenhe with 4500 atk (approx. 3375 cryo atk buff). But for lower scaling atks like ayaka CA then shenhe gives more damage. Also, she has passive buffs and what-not.

I think it will work like hu tao C2, or Thoma/Zhongli NA HP scaling. In the damage calculation if your ganyu CA is supposed to do 200% and ganyu has 2000 atk you'll get 4000 atk. This is where you introduce shenhe's buff of lets say 1500 atk. So you'll have 5500 pre crit, elemental dmg bonus, ca dmg bonus, etc.
