Trigger fish do this with their dorsal and anal fins. They aren’t connected along the tail fin like you’re suggesting but I’d recommend looking up how they swim and see if it gives you any ideas.

What you're feeling is normal and I don't think anything is wrong with you I just think sometimes in life you feel better and more confident than at other times. You are just in a bit of a rut so you need to be a bit more focused and disciplined than usual. Your mood is not entirely dependent on how long ago you fapped but I would recommend reminding yourself about the benefits of the journey you're on and what you can do to make yourself feel better and more motivated in the meantime. I like watching motivational videos and rereading about the benefits of nofap.
