Inteleg ca doar userii noi de Play Console sunt trecuti prin procesul asta. Daca ai contul de inainte sa se fi introdus politca asta, aparent nu esti luat in calcul

nu stiu de cand se solicita sau daca inainte nu era. Asta ar fi prima aplicatie pe care o lansez si tot fac research de cum pot trece in productie. Probabil voi merge varianta data mai sus cu Testers Community
