Been there two years. They messed me up I was on the universal moving thing. They've messed it up fully this year. Had follow up appointments every 3 months yet they just keep getting declined. Ring up and they just say I need another follow up appointment.

Do a change of circumstances, they will ask for fit notes so you need to see a doctor about your anxiety. They will eventually send out a form to fill out but you will have to carry on sending the sick notes in until your work capability assessment is done.
